I've always loved my sleep and I still do, but enter 3 kids and well, you know the rest. As a sleep deprived mom of 3, I began looking for solutions to help me get the most out of my unpredictable sleep schedule. Mouth taping improved my sleep, but most tapes irritated my skin and conflicted with my skincare. 

So, I created what I couldn’t find. Working alongside top engineers and leading experts in the U.S. adhesive industry, I developed the first clean adhesive, peptide-infused mouth tape designed to support nasal breathing while protecting the skin barrier overnight. This marks the beginning of a growing line of science-backed wellness essentials, created with intention and integrity.

The process of building Noa Vita led me deeper into women’s health, hormone education, and sleep science. I became a Certified Naturopathic Practitioner with a specialization in sleep because I wanted to serve women not just with products, but with understanding. I am so proud of this first product and all that is being built here at Noa Vita House of Wellness. My hope is that women everywhere feel seen, believed in, and heard throughout their wellness journey.
